The Namino Company training session was held to strengthen collaboration with the company’s employers and managers, as well as to provide training on the use and requirements of the software.

Namino began its journey in 2001 with the invention of the industrial production of olive salad and has since expanded through the diversification of its products. Today, Namino products are manufactured in seven mechanized factories located in Isfahan, Arak, Saveh, and Tehran, and are distributed across the country through the company’s extensive refrigerated transportation fleet.

Ms. Kahani, a Human Resources expert, and Mr. Malekian, a Systems Engineering expert at Namino Company, attended the training session. They received instruction on managing recruitment and hiring processes, maintaining electronic personnel records, and defining access levels.
