If the annual support fee is not paid, no service will be provided to the valued customer, and if support is purchased in future years, previous years must also be paid.
Important points

The additional support fee will be calculated at one million Tomans per hour.

A dedicated support contract will be concluded with separate tariffs and request.

On non-working days (public holidays and Fridays), the support amount coefficient will be 1.96 .

During non-working hours (excluding public holidays and Fridays), the support amount coefficient will be 1.4.

Any communication or support request (online (ticket), Telegram, WhatsApp) will be responded to within one business day.

All open and past actions and requests will be considered under the new conditions.

Custom development requests do not include support and are subject to a separate fee.
Training videos available on the site and an online and in-person training session for the organization’s project manager are provided free of charge to active customers.
- If the software training instructor visits in person, all travel expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
